Tonight was the night when I went to cook for my family. It was really cool.
At first I went into the kitchen and talked with one of the chefs back there. He was a new guy that had only started 2 weeks ago. He made some jokes about the knifes not being too sharp and stuff like that.

The cooking went well. I only burnt myself once.

When I did though I jerked my hand and sent a piece of steak flying... and it landed on mom's plate.
The chef loved that one.

My finger really hurts.
